At Grain & Grace, we are committed to the exceptional quality and enduring beauty of our luxury handbags. That's why we offer a comprehensive Lifetime Warranty that covers material and manufacturing defects for as long as you own your bag.

This warranty encompasses all hardware components of your Grain & Grace handbag. However, it does not extend to natural signs of aging in the leather, such as scratches, marks, patina development, or a softening that subtly alters the shape or structure of the bag. Additionally, water damage and any misuse or mistreatment of the bag fall outside the warranty's scope.

Should you encounter an issue with your bag, Grain & Grace is here to assist you. We will offer either a complimentary repair and return shipment, or reimbursement for repairs undertaken at a reputable establishment near you. In the rare instance where a repair is not feasible, we will provide you with store credit equivalent to the original purchase price of your bag.

Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs to our repair facility.

A Note on Vegetable-Tanned Leather: As with any exquisite vegetable-tanned leather product, proper care over time is essential to ensure it matures gracefully.

Leather Care

Our natural, unadorned leather develops a beautiful patina over time. While our new bags are lustrous, we advise avoiding prolonged water exposure as it may leave temporary marks, especially on untreated, vegetable-tanned leather. Quick drying is recommended in case of accidental wetting.

As your bag ages and the leather becomes more supple, water absorption improves, and these marks will diminish. Countless customers enjoy our bags in diverse climates, including rainy ones.

Conditioning:

The ideal leather balm depends on your specific leather type and preferences. However, based on quality and performance, we recommend these highly regarded options:

• Leather Honey: A natural, non-toxic conditioner that deeply nourishes leather, restoring its natural oils and moisture.
• Bickmore Bick 4: A versatile product that cleans, conditions, polishes, and protects leather.
• Chamberlain's Leather Milk: A premium conditioner that softens, supples, and revitalizes leather, especially older, dried-out pieces.
• Otter Wax Leather Salve: A natural, beeswax-based salve that offers deep conditioning and water resistance, ideal for outdoor gear and other heavily used leather items.

Leather balm hydrates, conditions, and waterproofs leather, while also protecting it from extreme conditions. It can also help minimize the appearance of scratches over time.

Application Tips:

• Apply a small amount of balm and rub it vigorously into the leather using the included sponge.
• To reduce the appearance of scratches, apply balm to the affected area and gently bend the leather.
• Note that most conditioners may temporarily darken the leather.
• Apply balm as needed or whenever the leather feels dry.

Storage:

Store your bag in a cool, ventilated area, away from direct sunlight or fluorescent lighting.
