If your handcrafted Grain & Grace piece doesn't exceed your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the shipping date. This includes pre-ordered items, which are fully refundable.

Immaculate Condition & Our Commitment:

To ensure a seamless process, please return items in their original, unused condition. Kindly note, exchanges for the same product incur a $25 restocking fee and are subject to Grain & Grace's approval. As a testament to the quality of our materials, we do not accept exchanges for natural leather variations, which are inherent to the beauty of genuine materials. Used items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Effortless Returns, Locally & Abroad:

All returns require a Return Authorization from Grain & Grace. Simply visit https://webd173.l5.ca/graingrace/returns/process to initiate a return. Complimentary pre-paid shipping labels are provided for returns within the contiguous United States.

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To ensure efficient processing and maintain exceptional service, all returns must be shipped back within 21 days of receiving your Return Authorization number. For security purposes, please obtain a drop-off receipt when returning your order. We are not liable for lost packages without such a receipt. Please note, express shipping fees are non-refundable.

Holiday Return Policy:

For orders placed between November 15th and December 10th, you may return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of the shipping date. Between 30 and 45 days of the shipping date, returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Orders placed before November 15th or after December 10th adhere to the standard return policy.

Additional Considerations:

• Multiple Returns: We offer one complimentary return/exchange per order to prevent abuse. Subsequent returns may incur shipping costs.
• Repurchasing Returned Items: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if they return an item and then repurchase it.
• Comparing Multiple Items: Due to the natural variations in our leather, slight differences may exist. We discourage purchasing multiple quantities of the same item for comparison. Our free return policy does not apply in such instances, and customers will be responsible for return shipping.
• Final Sale: Items marked "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Store Credits: Store credits expire one year from issuance and cannot be combined with discounts.
