We host a single, exclusive sale event annually during Black Friday/Cyber Week. Throughout the year, we meticulously curate our pricing to deliver exceptional value without compromise.
Do you price match?
Grain & Grace does not offer price matching. We host a single annual sale event during the mid-to-late November Black Friday/Cyber Week period. To take advantage of our exclusive sale pricing, please shop during this limited-time event. Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply sale prices to orders placed outside of the designated sale window.
Can your products be customized?
We understand the desire for a truly personalized touch. Grain & Grace offers custom branded bags and leather goods for corporations and organizations. For individual purchases, we currently focus on offering a curated selection of exquisite, ready-made pieces.
Can I add to my order or combine multiple orders?
To ensure efficient fulfillment, we are unable to add items to existing orders or combine separate orders. We recommend placing a single order for all your desired items.
Can I change my address after placing my order?
We make every effort to accommodate address changes prior to shipment. Once an order ships, modifications are not possible. For undelivered packages, please contact Customer Service.
Can I choose my shipping carrier?
We utilize FedEx for both domestic and international shipping, offering various delivery options.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Currently, editing or canceling existing orders is unavailable. Please carefully review your selections before completing your purchase.
Can I get free shipping?
Orders exceeding $149 qualify for complimentary domestic shipping.
Do you give an additional discount if I order a large amount?
While we don't offer bulk discounts, we remain confident you'll receive exceptional value with every Grain & Grace purchase.
