Unbreakable
I've had this bag for about a year and a half and am just getting around to reviewing it. I'm glad I waited to review it to see how it aged. When I first got the bag it was a little stiff. I've used it as my daily work bag for 18 months and the leather has broken in nicely.

Ooohhh! that smell!
The title says it all. I've bought bags from other leather companies like Saddleback and their leather smells like chemicals. Grain & Graice's leather smells like how leather is supposed to smell. It must be due to the vegetable tanning process. Overall, a great bag and I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Excellent bag
This has become my daily carry bag to and from work as well as the bag I use for any daily activities. The leather feels great and is breaking in very well showing very little age but starting to build some character already.

Anniversary gift for husband
I bought this beautiful bag for my husband who is extremely picky and hard to shop for. He absolutely loves it! It is so well made, has beautiful leather and hardware and clearly will last a lifetime. The leather is a bit stiff but you can tell it will soften with time and use and the bag will get more beautiful with natural wear.

Very impressed - better than hoped
So deeply impressed with this bag. Its v well built and clearly with craft and such attention to detail. wonderful, sublime leather. So glad i didnt go with a well known alternaitive. Its ageing incredibly well, the patina developing beatifully. I know it will last well. Off back of this have just bought another product (Padfolio). Also good to see the photography is better now and showing off the subtlies of the finish since i bought it.

The perfect balance
I was looking for a durable bag that will last forever, but not an Indiana jones bag that looked like I was on an African safari and weight 15 lbs. empty. The messenger bag is clean and understated. It's substantial but doesn't weight me down. The polyester thread and copper rivets will keep this bag going for decades. They've struck a great balance between durability and usability. Would highly recommend.
